Bill, we are not in North America. I think that the decision will be supported by a legal ruling that is favorable to PDG. I think that CVG will retain 30% of LC. I think that KRY will not be in the partnership and will have problems with its Albino deposit.

Note that I preface my comments with "I think". Hopefully a ruling will come soon and resolve the legal issues. Why is that I feel this dispute is going to drag on for some time.
