A draft release is circulating to the board of directors for comments. It will address most questions re: Bumbat. Possible JV's have been discussed on our exploration properties. Sales of MGR's Canadian assets is underway as announced in November. Additional deals are always considered. MGR is better set than most companies, but that's more a statement on the poor state of other companies than on the strength of MGR. However, MGR does own real marketable assets, and because of this has financial capabilities not available to many other junior companies. Dave
