They go by the name of "press release"-Having had articles published, I am familiar with how the media manipulates public opinion. Right now, "the spin" is to bring IOMG's price down (PE) before the NYSE listing. If the PE is not low enough-the NYSE investors won't buy it and it will eventually crash. Then the "big payoff" won't be so big. Sell soon and then buy back at a lower price.
