It looks like to me that there are still two companies at SoftQuad,
Alpha with retail channel and SoftQuad selling SGML/XML/HTML products.
The power clearly lies with the Alpha side of the fence right now.
Alpha dropped the ball last quarter, but is making up this quarter
with the 747 product. SoftQuad side is an unknown for revenue, but
I think they must be having an uphill battle internally getting things
done. I don't expect that they have the resources or direction to
agressively go after large partner deals. I am still bullish on
SoftQuad as I expect that SoftQuad will meet their revenue targets
this quarter and Alpha should exceed theirs.

I am curious, does anyone have an org chart or anything. After
the Rabin bros, from the web page we do not see any of the
operations folks. Who is in charge of sales? marketing? stuff like that.
