Davef, once again you've got it wrong. Zucklaw has a zillion posts on SI and Yahoo begging all Pink-haters to send him copies of anything that might cause trouble for Pink with the SEC. He has posted his email address over and over. He has posted that message over and over. That's a real common way to attract spam. I bet he's a big boy and can deal with spam. Maybe he should start another bogus legal thing. This Zuck person is a real piece of work: Mr. Pink has uncovered very specific legal information that suggests the Actrade management doesn't play straight up. This past behavior is one of the biggest red flags flying over the company. Why hasn't Zucklaw spent some time looking at this? Why doesn't he search out the Chapter 7's and the Stonkus case? Why doesn't he help the investors understand those cases? Why does he claim to know and understand the workings of the legal system, and then post his email address with manipulative statements.
