Tonto, I use free.edgar, and the menu on the left side of the screen didn't offer "management discussion" as a category. This is usually present in most 10Ks. Anyway, I looked through the text, and didn't find anything of great import. The mention of SLHO is an indirect negative for RNTK, in the sense that no news is bad news. DocStone
