TO MR WALTHER:

I urge you to cancel any shares, restricted or not, that were issued for consulting or introduction type services. I feel these shares were issued as part of a scheme to defraud the loyal investors in SEXI stock. It is obvious these shares represent absolutely no return to the company (or its shareholders) and therefore should be cancelled. These shares may remain outstanding if a full accounting of activities and production is verifiable. Any shares issued to the former CEO should be either cancelled or returned to the company for resale to current shareholders at the original filing prices. If you find no takers, then cancel the shares.

I stress also that the company should take legal action against Mr Huttoe as he has failed to fulfill his fiduciary responsibility to the company and its owners while in his position as CEO. Your swift action and response to this situation will result in SEXI becoming a more viable concern.
