They pulled it off, they stole the company from the shareholders.
The original stock issue and transfers left the insiders holding most of the shares for free and the large holdings make it a private company for them. They hold so many shares they can run things the way they want to benefit them and not the shareholders. Expect any profits to go the the insiders as salary and benefits rather than increase shareholder value. Its over for this stock, look for continued weakness as disapointed holders try to get whats left of their investment. Next step is a shareholder class action suit.
