Davef - once again, this is the Actrade thread. There are shortsellers threads. Please move over there for your shortseller rants. The issue here is that the CEO of Actrade is actively in a bankruptcy proceedings The COO, CFO of Actrade is being sued by his former employer for stealing funds and cheating their shareholders. The EVP of Actrade International and Capital has filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy. What does legal insight do you or Zucklaw have about these matters? These are the top managers of this company. Dan
