BB, There is a REIT called "Bay Apartment Communities" which has properties in the "traffic-clogged" bay area. Info is from premier issue of "TECH WEEK" in an article, "Crocodiles and Homeless Engineers" ...starts on p14. The publication also has a web page at www.techweek.com. Have not been there. I wish there was an easy way to scan and post such stuff here. RW
