HANOVER, Germany (Reuters) - Dick Tracy fans of the world take heart.The Swiss SMH group, maker of the popular Swatch product line, unveiled a wrist-watch at the CeBIT information technology fair on Thursday that doubles as a mobile phone. With just a twist of the colorful dial, users can ring friends and colleagues, speaking into the watch face just like the crime-fighting comic strip detective.
''The next time my watch tells me it's time to call someone, I'll have the phone right at hand,'' said SMH/Swatch AG president Nicolas Hayek. The new watch, dubbed ''Swatch Talk,'' follows previous products such as Swatch watches with a pager installed.
