Did it get a credit for this amount from its 7.5% gross revenue obligation to CT&T? If not, this is a BLATANT CONFLICT OF INTEREST and Shant will be held liable for breaching his fiduciary duty to CVUS shareholders. Shant better hire some lawyers.
