It's no big deal, at best, and it smells, at worst, since the deal for the chips are exclusive to ROK. Rockwell makes all the money on this deal, since PAIR can't sell the chipset to anyone else.

I told posters this when the deal was first announced. You guys are just now figuring this thing out (see my previous posts the day the deal was announced). Why do you think the street ignored this deal?

Potential for a few bucks revenue in 1999 -- who cares? What about current revenues and profit?

C'mon guys, get real! What's PairGain doing for me this quarter and year? Why is the stock less than half of it high of over 44, 60 weeks ago? Too many competitors, and too little business, makes the street yawn.
