Brief Answers:

1. Company job is to try to enforce their patent if someone bothers to try to infringe. No one seems to think the TAD is meaningful for anything but a PR release. Doubt it will be tested. The patent covers nothing. Read it yourself. Get a patent attorney to read it for you.

2. Company uses aggressive accounting methods that misstate their actual business. Company keeps its money in uninsured offshore accounts in a political locale that's notorious for money laundering. Company blatantly manipulates its stock price. Company pays stock to analysts willing to shill for them. Company willingly dilutes the shareholder equity without consideration of shareholders. Company hires upper management with active lawsuits indicating that the individual cannot be trusted with financial assets. Company appears to be opening boilershops around the country. etc.

3. I can't tell without a real accounting. Their loss experience doesn't comport with similar experience of others in the same field. (Check out their statement of competition in their 10K and call one.) It appears that when you back out the Refrigeration business, the TAD's contribute little or no profit: couple the income statement with the footnotes. If there are unrecognized losses, then TADs lose money.
