Today's Toronto Globe & Mail...small item on Page B17 under Market Movers.

Talks about NNC being hurt by Bay Networks announcement yesterday but also mentions NNC's rating being revised by Byron Berry at Yorkton Securities Inc. to "Underperform". Hey...what does he know anyway!! Hopefully he is just an underperforming analyst!

I haven't seen anything public yet on the lawsuit that was mentioned previously on this thread.
