It is not a new issue. It is a secondary that was done today. I mailed in money since my broker thought it might go community, it didn't. They sent me back confirmation of receiving my order and told me that community is Tier 7. It ended up reaching Tier 4. The stock was trading at 76 dollars I believe up till today, then it split today at 6.009 per share. Thus bringing the price down to where it is today. Anybody in the secondary got shares for 10 dollars and made a quick 2 points so far. The symbol before was HARB.. Good luck...
