My guess is..... that not unlike the way hotels are standing back and waiting to see in what shape and form the Internet will take hold in hotel rooms...the larger companies and government departments are standing back and waiting to see which smart card solution will emerge. I think the potential that smart card technology represents almost scares companies that they might make a commitment to the wrong card. I know that this same dilemma is faced by several Canadian banks that are the leaders in the world today for implementing Internet banking. One bank is using reloadable smart Visa cards and yet another is using a throw away type. I think consumers will make the final decision and when they do...there will be a stampede.

Hopefully RCOM has the right-stuff and they have the solutions that companies and governments want. I would guess that the price of the shares will eventually reflect this.
