Richard,
I have an ongoing dialogue with George Levy (Chairman of Megaworld) as well as the British who just bought a majority interest and required the reverse because they want Nasdaq listing. The British are bringing a lot of things to the table. The New York Magazine will hit the streets On April 8. I have done my DD on George Levy and he is kosher. Former Time Warner executive. I have averaged down so I am not in bad shape and do not believe MEGWD is a scam. Could be wrong of course but I don't think so.
