To: All From: Noronha I have been watching CSCO for a few weeks now and it seems to me that this company is a great buy at the $60 level. Of all the NASDAQ blue chips like INTC, MSFT, ORCL, etc it seems to me that this one has the best prospects in the next several months based on its historical growth rate, the continued surge in the networking arena in general, and its reasonalbe P/E. My broker at H&Q is really bullish and thought it was a good pick at about $63 when H&Q reiterated a strong buy. Maybe I am missing something, but why would it fall today on old news--the market is efficient and if it was known previously then this is not in fact news as it would not change expectations...thus it should have been something else or econ. theories are wrong. Comments please.
