Jeffery: Part of Iomega's debt is Seller financing of the Penang factory.

Also remember, that $46M in convertable bonds will never be repaid so long as the stock stays above $9.

The short-term debt is probably just Accounts Payable. (i.e. Net 30 terms on parts, services, etc.) They have plenty of cash to pay the bills.

Whas there something about the long-term or short-term debt that suprised/conserned you?
