Roughrider: Unlike the situation in Indonesia, for example, not yet having a Manifestation of Discovery completed in Argentina is not a problem. The JV's we've done in Argentina in the past were often done without MD's. Title issues are always critical and Argentina doesn't have an extensive history in this area -- as they don't, for instance, have detailed maps of much of the country -- but there are not significant title problems that I'm aware of and the government is very, very anxious to proceed in a professional manner acceptable within North American / Chilean etc standards. In fact, I met the mines undersecretary on Tuesday in Miami who knows us (especially Delfor) very well and wants to know what he can do to ensure we continue working there. He also wants to be kept up-to-date on what we are doing there. Incidentally, at the request of a couple of underwriters, I'm also trying to arrange a quick one-person analyst visit to Lejano and Bacon, although I don't know how likely it is or, given that there is no core drilling and there's so much more work to do, how useful it may be.
