Off Topic (re:Netscape,Java, and things that go bump in the night)

Bryan, (or anyone) could you direct me to some detailed instructions on how to load the 32bit socket drivers needed for the 32 bit version of Netscape Gold? The "readme" file with netscape gold only says that it is available with win95 but has to be set up.

After several hours of trying to get a new "plug and play" video card to work properly, I have decided that win95's maze of configuration rituals is best tackled with hard copies of detailed instructions *in hand* before doing anything!

ps....does anyone know what win95 is *DOING* to my hard drive when it grinds away for 5 to 10 minutes after a simple driver change???? Can I bill Microsoft for a new 2gig SCSII drive when this one takes a dump from terminal abuse?

OS/2....still a better mousetrap IMHO, now if only there was software to run on it....(sigh)

Thanks....
