I would imagine that Eli still works for the company. Haven't heard anything to think otherwise. Most people are expecting the worst at this point. I am not totally hopeful of the outcome but if IPM has all the data that people claim they have of the property there is always a chance that they can keep their listing. I heard that some of the problem comes in with regards to differences in information with regards to news releases regarding extraction. As long as IPM has the documentation to support their position and verified results there is a chance they can keep their listing. I don't think (hope) that NASDAQ is there to screw the companies that are listed with them. They may be able to get away with a statement of clarification but for right now all I can do is keep my fingers crossed.
