David, I have read every post on pair for the last 12 months and I understand your frustration with pairgain stock price performance during the past 8 months.

Especially while other non-revenue producing companies stock prices sky rocket.

But I do believe that pair needed to go with a mainstream modem chip distributor/vendor to get their falcon chip into the hands of as many user's as possible.

The royalty price seems low, but maybe thats normal for this type deal (I just don't know). Maybe others on this thread could comment.

Again people keep lumping pair with all the other adsl vendors out there without remembering that the PG-FLEX product revenues will start kicking in the second half of the year. Also, several analyst have implied/stated in the past that the FLEX product revenue could rival the HDSL revenue streams of the past.
