MARK AND MICHAEL; I THINK WHAT DISSAPOINTED ME AND OTHERS WERE THE TERMS OF THE JV. IT SEEMED THAT A LOWER VALUE WAS PLACED ON THE PROPERTY THAN WE (AT LEAST I) THOUGHT IT WAS WORTH. FROM WHAT I READ, WE COULD,IN THE BEST CASE,WIND UP WITH ONLY 30% OF THE MINE FOR 600,000 CASH.WITH AROUND 16,000,000 SHARES ,(I THINK),THE MONEY SEEMS LIKE NOTHING,AND YOU GIVE UP 70% OF THE MINE.ARE THESE TERMS ABOUT WHAT YOU WERE EXPECTING? HOW MUCH DO YOU FEEL THESE SHARES WILL BE WORTH IF THE JOINT VENTURE IS MODERATLY SUCCESSFUL? P.S. THIS IS THE 1st DIAMOND MINING COMPANY I'VE EVER LOOKED INTO,SO DON'T BE ALARMED BY MY LACK OF KNOWLEGE. I'M HERE TO LEARN.
