Copy from Yahoo board: I talked to Arthur Dague again this AM. ADVH is apparently considering legal action against NYO and will post some messages on message boards (not sure when). I never like pissing in someone else's pot however; maybe it's best to enjoy the sun as we emerge from this storm. It's clear this story is bogus as far as ADVH is concerned and has given us a couple of days of heartburn. I must feel that there was something else going on in here; lots of small sales and day traders and shorts have been messing around in what is a good investment vehicle. There seem to have been some good blocks of buying and we may have turned the corner. I'm not sure we should expect a really strong response from ADVH management; sometimes I feel they have an academic and purist approach to developing ADVH (develope a good product, find good clients and produce steady long term and stable growth) as opposed to a down in the trenches make a fast buck approach. Congratulations to all on this thread for maintaining the calm and posting useful information.
