What I'm thinking is, why don't they train the salespeople to handle technical assistance? That way they could pick up some slack rather than sitting on their a**es. Then when some poor sucker calls with a problem, they can not only assist him in not correcting his problem, they can try to sell him some more stuff at the same time.
