Jon you are absolutely correct. Too many excuses are being made. If the President of the company is involved in the mundane activities of the website, the company is poorly run and without proper delegation of authority. Why does one buy a company whose primary assets are the people and the locations they serve, then lose the people, close the locations and reduce service? Much has been made about softbank, and what a great acquisition it was from such a successful company. At the same time, penny stock guys come in and turn it around immediately...come on, it does not add up nor happen that way in the real world by the very best turnaround executives.
