Don, If I understand correctly Mr Young is the Vice-Chairman. I have not been able to get anyone to explain what power this title gives him. I'm guessing a corporation is free to define this themselves? Further, if I understand correctly he gets 80K a year over the other board members. He seems to be embedded in granite...a breakup of the rest of the BOD certainly should reduce his control, but assuming there is some kind of relationship with Noorda, new BOD members might be hesitant to buck the institution.

I'm going to watch carefully, because I do believe there will be a time this year to buy...just wish we could end the Young era permanently. I'm hoping the lawsuit will ultimately force the issue, but with Noorda's support, who knows.
