CVUS license value

A band in non PMSA

net price per pop: 2.50
PMSA pops: 8.5
License value: 21.25 M
CVUS shares: 17 M
Price: 1.25

If you look at the B band

Net price per pop: 93 c
btw the FCC has screwed up they only use the non PMSA pops in their spreadsheet, the reality is that the B band is the whole of the BTA so it is all 18 M pops, not just 9.5 M.
Convert 150 MHz to 1150 MHz, multiply by 7.67
Converted price per POP: 7.13
License value: 60 M
Share price: 3.6

But this is a bogus comparison, there is significant value in simply having a license to operate, no matter how much spectrum you have.

Isn't your value for Boston based on the gross number rather than the net? (net bid in the A band is 4.55 per pop).

As to shareholder's equity, last time I checked businesses, especially ones that can't raise money easily (what has happened to theFleet loan?), run on cash in the bank.

New York might or might not be unwired, but one critical problem comes with the gatekeepers you get with all the large office buildings and multi unit dwellings. The owners of those buildings are a) not stupid, and b) greedy. They will extract their pound of flesh. I still think that New York has a lousy line of sight.
