YES KEN, Read the msg on yohoo finance under there symbol. Even their stockholders don't trust them. No way mdix would have even considered such a thing if without good legal counsel and no brainer evidence, If truthful and is known to the street on a settlement, then mdix will go through the roof!!!! Waiting for this thing to progress!!! Mike
