Thanks for the informative comparison of CPQ DELL and GATE. CPQ is clearly the most undervalued of the three and as the leader in it's field, it should be the OVERvalued.

What's interesing is that once revisions are made to 97 EPS, it could be that DELL and CPQ will have close to same estimate - say 5.40. Putting a historical PE multiple of 16 you get mid 80's on CPQ's stock. If the PE can expand to 18 (to close the gap with DELL's PE) you get a 100 stock.

CPQ's the leader in a very exciting industry and is growing faster than their PE ratio. There are not many stocks you can buy are similar (Intel is another one).
