Thanks for the informative response. I'll read through some of the IMGN thread when I get the time. I guess the other problem with a company like IMGN is the flaky state of its finances - you are always at risk of a bottomless convertible Reg S or Reg D placement if things don't pan out exactly on schedule.

It would be interesting to look back historically to see just how many "walking wounded" biotechs have actually made it back from a near-death-experience. Even if the company does revive, the stock always tends to be held down for a while while the old timers heave a sigh of relief and get out of the stock to go find their next dog. (I think that's what has held the MOGN price back for a while).

Today's the best day today my portfolio's had in a long while :)
