You'd be surprised how much influence each one of us have provided that we back up our opinion with solid analysis.

I don't dare to think that we can move the market. After all we're no Robert Morgan are we?<gg> but in the long run I think what we say do matter. When one presents interesting and logical insight about AAPL on SI you can expect to see it echoed throughout the Mac community within weeks.

The AAPL Q2 estimate page received over 16,000 hits since it was first posted in mid Feb. macevolution.com
Even though the effect may be small, I like to think that it has improved investor awareness and confidence.

Let go my ego. ;-)
