Hello Ron;The full name is Electra Mining Consolidated;ELC/VSE;604-685-4747;Toll Free;1-800-771-7672;pres.DouglasB.Sterling;as of Dec,31 outstanding shares were 3,351,673.Since then i believe they have issued another 400,000.Earnings in 1995,rev $8,049,868,cost of sales $5,920,888,other expenses $1,116,311;net earnings $1,012,669 or $0.31/sh.Cash flowfrom oper, activity $4,568,362.As of Dec,31,cash $783,939,Mar,25 1996,closed a private placement of 325,000 units(1 sh & 1wt)at $1.25/unit for $406,205;1 wt.to purch,1 sh at $1.35 in 1st yr & at $1.50 in 2nd yr.Some of this money raised was used to set up a new heap leaching facility in Newfoundland, which is now in production(joint venture with Novagold and Pinetree Res.)i think i have these names right.Like i said before Ron this little co,has real fundamentals.ELC was first recommended by a newsletter(Buy Low Sell High) last fall at $1.60.I bought when it first went down at around $1.05.It was back up to $1.80 when gold was up earliar in the year, but has since drifted down.In the news letter they felt that with the fundamentals that ELC had they should have a share value of around $7.00.This company is no hype they make money, which to me is always a solid bet.Yesterday 16,000 shares traded and i see that someone pushed the price up to close at $1.28.It seems like in order tto get some you have to bid over $1.20.Hope this is of some help,With regards Frank. |
