I agree with most of the replies that AAPL appears undervalued.

I use a proprietary algorithm to estimate 'fair' P/E values based
on earnings growth, profit margins and other balance sheet data.

Using this algorithm, I estimate a 'fair' P/E for the company at 10.8.
Using leading earnings estimates, the fair stock price target
then appears to be around $52.
