Dear Doc... It is my belief that we are here to help one another. Not to hide the facts and just hype everything. If TM finds a deal that he believes to be a great play and I know that something may not happen as he expects, are you telling me I should keep it quiet???? Not let all our wonderful contributors know what I believe to be another factor which could influence their decision making process? NO WAY!!!!! We are all here to help one another...and if I can add my two cents in every now and then..I plan to do it to help others on here!! People like CKH are the best!!!! But if there are other factors to be known....then I want to hear about them. Norm
