That's very good news w/r/t the financing. $ permitting, I'd like to stay in this for the longer haul (i.e. when they start mining ops next summer). Who knows, maybe we'll even get back to the mid to high 2s and we can all make a nice little bundle of cash. Thanks again for the info and let us know if you hear anything else w/r/t to financing or a joint venture. Bill
