Your evidence that Magicom is a fraud is .... ?

I have a very reliable source that has seen the product and indicates it is impressive. We can speculate all day about whether Magicom has market potential but IMHO to claim the company is a fraud conflicts with all the hard evidence, little though there is, out there. Short sellers on this issue like to whine but I haven't found any single piece of compelling data suggesting Magicom is doing anything but stalling, because they can, to make their product better.
