From my Spreadsheet, I have NAV at $38.70 providing for a $.95 discount (2.5%).

Although it is good to be able to purchase SFE below its NAV. I think that this does not bode well for the stock considering the length of time it has traded below its NAV. I get the feeling that investor interest in the stock has moved on.

If only you could easily arbitrage this situation. Sell all the component stocks in the NAV of SFE and then buy SFE as a substitute for the sells. Especially when you consider the fact that there are several $$ of unrealized NAV associated with the private portfolios and interest in the Venture funds.

Since I am already fully invested, I would love to see a nice 5% or better premium to NAV.
