I have not Pumped & Dumped a thing. I must be the stupid one, as I am still holding all my shares and certificates!

Riley, in all seriousness, if this is the truth then I would suggest that it could prove to be your saving grace since no one can fault an individual for investing according to his beliefs, especially when not having profited from them.

Possessing inside information is not illegal. Trading to make a profit or avoid a loss IS and is subject to fines of up to 3X the amount gained or a loss avoided.

Ultimately, the responsibility for what information leaks out to a company's shareholders.. etc, lies with management. This is why I have continuously pressed for RMIL sharholders to tell the executives of this company to go public with their claims of a huge short position... etc. (I know you didn't originally develop this theory on your own Riley, they must have hinted at it)

There is no reason to defend a management that is unwilling to provide its sharholders with the information necessary to make a equitable investment decision.

Their silence on this entire issure speaks with far more relevance than anything you have said to date Riley.

Help yourself and your fellow shareholders out. Take up the baton of shareholder leadership and DEMAND that RMIL take the steps necessary to fully account for its shares and current status.

Hell, if the company is "vaporware", that really doesn't matter. You need to know FROM THE COMPANY just how may shares are outstanding and you need it in writing in the form of an SEC filing.

Regards,

Ron
