12 5/8 was good price, The bid has dropped since then. I'm holding until my 1 year date (begining of next month) for some tax advantage (3% - 28 vs my ordinary 31). Then I'll sell when the bid nears 12 3/4. If I don't get it I'll wait until the transaction date. I think I save some on commission if I wait until the end also.
