you previous message on ICBC, if you had say 1mm on the record date and two days later withdrew would you qualify at the larger amount?
Absolutely, all that mattered was 3/31/96. In fact one of my accounts I had closed down 4/1/96 (g-d was on my side) and it counted towards my allocation.
Tier 2 didn't get one share by ICBC...how much do you have in ridgewood?
