Today warning (from Briefing.com): <<Cidco Inc (CDCO) 12 3/4 -11/16: manufacturer of subscriber telephone equipment is warning that 1st qtr revenues will come in below analysts expectations... Dallas Semiconductor (DS) 38 15/16 +3/16: chip maker warns that it expects Q1 earnings to be in line to slightly lower than yr-ago net of $0.50 a share; puts sales down 6% sequentially. Wall Street was expecting the company to earn $0.62 a share for the qtr. Company cites weakness in wireless market caused by Asian financial breakdown. Company also issues "cautious" outlook for the 2nd qtr. DS is the 10th company from semiconductor industry to warn this season.
