Barbara, if nobody was long this stock, it would be at zero right now. Are you actually surprised that there are buyers for this stock right now? Is that because you believe it is a scam?
Not every one is a technician, and sells just because it's going down. I agree that if you are a technician, as you appear to be, you would be selling. But if you believe the stock is not a scam, and the new products will have good sales, then what difference does it make if you hold on through a dip? Do you think that everybody is obsessed with maximizing their return by trying to play every bump in the chart?
I myself wish I had sold right after the earnings report, because I thought it might sell off. But I hadn't heard anything to really change my optimistic expectations, so I held on. Didn't really regret that till today. But today I was more tempted to buy than to sell, but didn't do either. Will wait and see what the market says in the next few days.
