It is a crap shoot at this stage for a number of reasons. The OTC is, well, you know...IBI Corp has had rumors in the past, with few results. The recent deal is admittedly real, and I think that the market is waiting for actual work to begin before adjusting. Canadians on holiday should have little to do if anything with the lack of mov't in the market. There's mm influence, plus investor/potential investor apprehension. IN THE LONG RUN, THE LONG RUN, IBI should do well, and you would do well to invest. If you're looking for short-term gain, who knows.
