I suppose you are referring to the new book, "How to Retire Rich". You are right about the three criteria (Market cap > 150 million, Top 50 price gain performers and PSR < 1.0). But if I remember right, the EPS growth factor is still there, except that O'Shaughnessy has used the 1-year EPS growth numbers in this book, as opposed to 5-year numbers in "What Works on Wall Street".

What I do remember is that the numbers for the 50-stock portfolios in this book are different from those in the prospectus for OSCGX, but not so significantly different as to invalidate the general concept.

I'll post the complete details when I can get access to the book, perhaps later in the day.
