What is hear is that line of sight is real important for value in this market. It really sucks in New York. That might be one reason why Denver and various New Mexico markets are higher than a lot of eastern markets. Actually, to be completely fair, the LOS sucks in Manhattan, it might be a little better in the rest of the PMSA. But the rest of the PMSA looks a lot like the surrounding areas in NY/NJ... As relates to the B block, as I said I think that merely having a license at all is worth quite a lot, even before you start looking at the amount of spectrum. On average then you would expect the B band to be priced higher than the A band on an effective "channel pop" basis. Thanks for the corrections on the numbers- did you check out the Boston bid number and the B band pops for the BTA?
