Flesh, Can you please break out for us what the increase in shares from 22M to 41M was for step by step? (i.e. xxM shares for Myriad, xxM shares for NY temp company, xxM shares for xx reason) You said money raised for options and to grow the company.... How many options? Who got them? And to grow the company? Well it would be nice to update the shareholders in a press release.."issuing 10M shares to raise capital" BEFORE the fact. You said you wont comment on forward looking statements, but instead clarify what is already done. We'd like clarification on this.... Thanks in advance.. and I dont think its off handed to ask about 50% dilution. Call me silly. Mark
