Raleigh,

Once again I appreciate your response.

Please do not consider me as an antagonist, because I think we actually agree on most issues on principle.

A few points for clarification:

1. I am not really asking any technical questions at this time. I feel reasonably comfortable with the technology. My concerns mostly deal with timeframes, delivery, and actual sales.

2. I am still wondering why, in both your hypothetical scenarios, you used an FNET share distribution to FTEL stockholders. You have not completely responded to this yet. Is it because you are optimistic that it will happen? Or, do you prefer not to have a negative spin on this issue? What made you decide to include this distribution in your assumptions?

3. Since you "cover" this stock, what is your Buy/Hold/Sell position for prospective stockholders like myself?

4. Again, what are your thoughts about the possible commissions, or stock distributions, to DCTC on the FNET deal?
